Hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving Holiday! Since this is my first post I am doing a fun Give-A-Way from some products from my store, Scarlets Scraps and Stamps. I will be doing a drawing on December 3rd 2010 at noon. To be eligible for the drawing just make sure you are a follower and leave a comment on what your favorite Thanksgiving Dessert was.

I think my favorite HAS to be - Pumpkin Pie!!! I made them this year, and used a fresh pumpkin and half and half - I will NEVER go back to canned pumpkin and canned milk! They were so yummy!

My favorite Thanksgiving dessert is Pumpkin Pie with whipped cream!! But I also loved the pecan pie with ice cream...the biscotti my SIL makes and apple pie my mom makes! and now we all know why I gained 5 lbs during my holiday visit!! I am a fellow circle member!

Ooooh, my MIL made the yummiest 7up Pound Cake...so moist and delicious!
ReplyDeleteI make a pineapple upside down cake every year with chopped up pecans and whip cream on top. It is my favorite that is why I only make it once or twice a year, lol. I would eat too much of it.

ReplyDeleteMy favorite traditional Thanksgiving dessert is Cherry Pie....however, this year, my mom did a non-traditional dessert and it was yummy. :) It was a German cake - Prinzregententorte - and was 8 layers of deliciousness.

ReplyDeleteMy absolute favorite holiday treat was a pumpkin cake recipe that was so simple,it's embarrassing but SOOOOOOO GOOOOD!!!! TO DIE FOR!! It's almost like a dump cake (just put all of the ingredients together) and then cook it... IT WAS DELICIOUS! :) I see you like pumpkin pie.. YOU WOULD HAVE ...LOVED THIS!!!! I would be happy to send you the recipe if you are interested! I got it from my cousin :D
